DESCRIPTION:As families grow across generations\, governance must account for a broader range of family members\, leadership needs and shared responsibilities. This October Masterclass\, the second session in the series\, examines how two long-established families have adapted their governance practices as their enterprises\, family networks and circumstances have changed over time. \nBoth families are geographically dispersed\, have sold several operating businesses and now function as extended family communities with hundreds of members. Their experience offers a practical view of how governance can support family connection and shared responsibility long after the founding generation. \nDuring the masterclass\, Langdon Evans and Isabel Carvajal Sardi will share examples from their own families.
