SUMMARY:New for 2026: The UHNW Institute Book Club
DESCRIPTION:The UHNW Institute’s Book Club offers members a facilitated yet informal space to explore thought-provoking books and exchange perspectives with peers across disciplines. \nThe book club will explore timely ideas with a network of fellow professionals. Designed for those who value thoughtful dialogue\, reflection\, discussion\, and cross-domain learning. \nThe first discussion will focus on The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why It Matters by Priya Parker. Sign up to attend the session that best fits with your availability (it will be repeated). \nDate: March 24\, 2026 \nLocation: Zoom \nDuration: 1 hour \nTime(s): \n12-1pm (ET) \nOr \n4-5pm (ET) \nThe discussion will be co-led by Tara Kehoe\, the Institute’s Librarian\, alongside a rotating co-facilitator drawn from the Institute’s leadership. \nQuestions – tkehoe@uhnwinstitute.org \n  \nBook Club FAQs \nBooks:\nMembers are responsible for obtaining a copy of the book (the Institute will not provide copies). \nTitle selection:\nBooks are selected by UHNW Institute leadership\, with member suggestions welcomed. All selections align with the Institute’s Editorial Guidelines and Content Criteria. \nWorks must be “think-tank worthy\,” reflect the Institute’s inclusive values\, and invite debate through rich ideas and multiple interpretations. \nPurpose:\nThe group supports the UHNW Institute’s mission by advancing professional education\, strengthening communication across domains\, and creating a respectful space to explore new ideas and emerging thinking in service of UHNW families. \nWho should join:\nUHNW Institute members interested in thoughtful dialogue and cross-disciplinary exchange. Members are welcome to join anytime. \nDiscussion norms:\nWe assume positive intent\, focus on ideas rather than individuals\, respect one speaker at a time\, and encourage shared airtime. \n*Before it gets booked! Mark your calendar for the next book club discussion on September 22.
