This October Masterclass, the second session in the series, examines how two long-established families have adapted their governance practices as their enterprises, family networks and circumstances have changed over time.
Both families are geographically dispersed, have sold several operating businesses and now function as extended family communities with hundreds of members. Their experience offers a practical view of how governance can support family connection and shared responsibility long after the founding generation.
