The UHNW Institute’s 2nd Annual Women’s Leadership Summit convenes a powerful, multi-generational community of leaders to explore how women are reshaping the future of wealth, leadership and legacy across the ultra-high-net-worth ecosystem in the midst of the Great Wealth Transfer. The event celebrates women as decision-makers, architects and transition leaders across family, firm and capital.

Through candid dialogue and shared experience, participants will examine how women are finding their voices, navigating complexity and redefining influence in traditionally male-dominated environments—while also fostering meaningful connections through mentorship and peer exchange.

Stacy’s work sits at the intersection of practical governance and creating a learning family, grounded in the belief that enduring wealth depends on the ongoing and creative pursuit of moving towards potential.

Nicole Brisbane

Nicole brings a deep commitment to education, social justice, and democracy building to her work. As a Partner at Building Impact Partners, she advises philanthropists, foundations, and mission-driven organizations on how to design and deploy their resources for meaningful, measurable impact. Nicole began her career as a middle school intensive reading teacher in her hometown of Miami, an experience that continues to inform her understanding of how social systems shape opportunity and outcomes for marginalized communities. From there, her career has been defined by impact at the intersection of policy and practice. She has scaled regional growth for a national nonprofit, served as the leader of a political advocacy organization, and taught graduate students at Columbia University’s Center for Public Research and Leadership while running her own strategy consulting firm.
Nicole excels at helping clients clarify their goals, align values with strategy, and translate philanthropic intent into effective actions. She partners with donors across the full lifecycle of their giving, from early vision-setting and issue-area exploration to grantmaking strategy, capacity-building, and impact measurement. Whether facilitating multi-stakeholder collaborations or coaching leaders on advocacy and coalition dynamics, Nicole ensures that philanthropic investments are both rigorous and deeply responsive to community needs. Nicole has a J.D. from Emory Law School and a B.A. from Florida State University.

Betsy Erickson

Betsy Erickson leads Vital Impact’s work with family and individual clients, supporting them to further their learning, collaboration, and philanthropic goals. During her 15 years at Arabella, Betsy has helped dozens of clients design and launch strategies and run grantmaking programs on issues ranging from conservation to experiential education. Betsy draws on her study and practical experience in systems and family dynamics to facilitate groups to make decisions and work together effectively. Applying her expertise in enabling learning and collaboration, Betsy has significant experience working with multi-generational families. She excels at helping clients overcome emotional barriers and family collaboration issues that block their paths to impact.

Prior to joining Vital Impact, Betsy worked for eight years in the nonprofit sector with groups focused on cancer research. She provided independent consulting services to national and regional nonprofit organizations such as CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. She helped these organizations develop corporate partnerships, garner support from family foundations and major donors, and establish and grow their workplace giving campaigns.

Betsy graduated from Colgate University with honors, where she was captain of the diving team and a double major in philosophy and religion and art. Betsy also completed a certificate program in human behavior and public policy at Harvard Kennedy School and a three-year postgraduate program at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family at Georgetown Family Center. Betsy recently joined the faculty of the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University and is faculty chair for the Social Impact and Philanthropy domain at the UHNW Institute. Betsy is also a member of the Purposeful Planning Institute, co-leading its family dynamics working group. Betsy resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her spouse and two daughters.

Caitlin Hannon

As President, Caitlin finds joy in helping her clients tackle impossible problems, take bold risks, and jump into action. A deeply committed pragmatist, Caitlin believes that we all have the power to make change happen if we get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Caitlin is a serial entrepreneur, having spent nearly 20 years launching initiatives, organizations, and campaigns—including serving on the elected school board in Indianapolis, founding a nonprofit to help parents navigate school choice, and launching high-impact grantmaking opportunities focused on education and workforce development. Before earning a bachelor’s in public affairs at CUNY Baruch, Caitlin graduated from a conservatory theater program at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. Caitlin’s long history in the arts has made her a deep believer in the power of human narratives and storytelling—a belief that has carried over to her work in philanthropy, where she advocates for centering the stories of those most affected by the inequities we aim to address. As a mother of four (plus a bonus stepson!), Caitlin is deeply passionate about maternal health and wellness, particularly for low income mothers and mothers of color, and is always looking for ways to engage on this issue. She resides with her husband, Chuck, their many children, and two dogs, just outside of Annapolis, MD.

Christie Houlihan

Christie Houlihan is an Executive Director and member of J.P. Morgan Private Advisory, a cross-disciplinary group of over 100 global specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward-thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals.

Christie is part of the Family & Family Office Advisory team, working with complex, multi-generational families and their advisors. As a Senior Family Office Advisor, she focuses on helping clients navigate the challenges of institutional wealth through family office design, family governance and rising generation engagement.

As a family member, former executive and board member of a fifth-generation, family-owned commercial real estate business, Christie appreciates the complex impact of family dynamics on institutional wealth. She works with clients to preserve their legacies through impactful and sustainable family office and governance strategies.

Throughout a nearly two-decade career, Christie has focused on the intersection of family offices, family businesses and commercial real estate. Before joining J.P. Morgan, she was a member of Ernst & Young’s Family Office Advisory Services practice, advising ultra-high-net-worth families on the design and development of family offices. Christie also served as Managing Director and General Counsel at her family’s business, Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, overseeing financing of the firm’s real estate assets and creating a comprehensive governance structure for both the business and her family. An attorney by training, she began her career in commercial real estate law at Morrison Cohen LLP and Cassin & Cassin LLP, and in the United States Congress.

Christie earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Social Policy from Northwestern University. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Christie holds Certificates in Family Business and Family Wealth Advising from the Family Firm Institute, and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT.

Dallas residents, Christie and her husband are passionate about experiencing different cultures through international travel.

Alicia Kacinski

Alicia Kacinski works closely with wealth advisors, family offices, attorneys, and other trusted professionals through her work with Intent Clinical, helping individuals and families navigate complex mental health, behavioral, and family dynamic challenges through thoughtfully coordinated support and specialized resources. Her career has been rooted in private client and family office services, spanning advisory-facing roles, lifestyle management, and strategic relationship development across multiple industries. This breadth of experience has shaped her perspective on the importance of trusted third-party networks and the role they play in helping advisors deliver highly personalized, thoughtful support to discerning clients and families. Kim Kamin

Kim Kamin is a partner and the Chief Wealth Strategist at Gresham Partners LLC, an independent multi-family office managing over $13 billion for about 125 ultra-high net worth families nationally. Kim leads Gresham’s development and implementation of estate, wealth transfer, philanthropic, educational and fiduciary planning activities. Previously she was a partner in the Private Clients group at a large national law firm known for the quality of its Trusts & Estates practice.

Kim is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Law School and on faculty for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education. She is a Past Regent for the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel (ACTEC), Past President of the Chicago Estate Planning Council (CEPC) and the Estate Planning and Legal Services Domain Chair for the UHNW Institute. Kim is on the UHNW Families & Family Offices Committee of the Trusts & Estates Magazine Editorial Advisory Board and on the Investments & Wealth Review Editorial Advisory Board. She has published on a wide variety of topics and is also a frequent lecturer in a variety of prestigious venues across the country. She is co-executive editor and co-author for the Leimberg Library Tools & Techniques book, Estate Planning for Modern Families (4th Ed. 2024), and she has been a contributing author for chapters in books, including the Wealth of Wisdom: Top Practices for Wealthy Families and Their Advisors (2022). Additionally, Kim serves on advisory boards for multiple local charities. Kim received her B.A., with distinction and departmental honors in Psychology, from Stanford University and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. She is an AEP® (Distinguished) meaning she has been inducted into the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame and a 21/64 Certified Advisor.

Dayna Kleinman

Dayna Kleinman is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Wealth at Sagard and joined the firm in 2026. Dayna is responsible for leading the firm’s efforts to expand Sagard’s footprint in the United States by developing best-in-class investment solutions for the private wealth channel.

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has built deep expertise in alternative investments, having worked both as an allocator and in distribution for asset managers. Prior to joining Sagard, she served as Head of Distribution for Wealth Management at Monroe Capital, a private credit manager. She also spent 18 years at Robert W. Baird, where she built and led the firm’s alternative investment platform. She began her career at Merrill Lynch in the municipal bond department.

Dayna holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS from Ithaca College. She is the recipient of the 2019 CAIS “Game Changer” Award and the 2025 Institute for Portfolio Alternatives “Rising Voice” Award.

 

Nicoletta Kotsianas

Jetty Partner’s Co-Founding Principal Nicoletta Kotsianas is a journalist-turned-investigator with a proven track record in leading high-stakes inquiries and extracting valuable and routinely actionable information for clients.       
She has broad experience managing cases and building teams to service the risk advisory needs and investigative objectives of laws firms, C-suite executives, board members and high net worth individuals. At Jetty Partners, Nicole manages a team of practitioners and oversees the firm’s case work and its UHNW client relationships.
Nicoletta began her career in financial journalism, and her well-honed interview skills are relied upon to help clients build case narratives and connect dots, whether speaking to threat actors, whistleblowers, or fact witnesses. She has managed hundreds of investigations including for clients across all major business sectors, and delivered game changing results in matters including, but not limited to, M&A, pre-investment, and ESG due diligence, allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse, and attribution research. Nicoletta is a seasoned expert in conducting and leading multinational teams in global litigation support assignments including asset tracing services and internal investigations.
Nicoletta is also a trusted advisor to clients on fraud and scam matters and her groundbreaking work has resulted in multiple law enforcement referrals and arrests. This work includes her lead role in the takedown of a highly publicized international fraudster known as The Con Queen of Hollywood. In that case, which has garnered international media coverage, Nicoletta was instrumental in unraveling an epic scam that spanned three continents over more than a decade and took in hundreds of victims.
Before Jetty Partners, Nicoletta was a managing director at two leading global consulting firms where she specialized in disputes work. 

Angelique LeDoux

Angelique LeDoux is managing editor of content at The UHNW Institute and offers the voice and perspective of a second generation family member, sharing lessons learned from her journey that reflects the complexities of an evolving multigenerational family. She is also a principal and Chief Storytelling Strategist for Seattle-based StoryQ, that helps youth and adults connect the dots of their life through storytelling, captured on film, to better understand and give authority to author their own lives.

Prior to her current roles, LeDoux was the founding partner and executive director of Parents of Accelerated Learners, NYC (PALNYC), a non-profit that supports talent development through the academic, social and emotional development of NYC’s youth. In addition to her non-profit work, LeDoux was the founder of Jade’s ToyBox, an educational and eco-friendly children’s toy company, after a decade as a writer, editor and photographer at TIME Magazine and the Associated Press.

Previously a Managing Director with Golden Seeds, a nationwide angel investor network that invests in companies founded by women or who have significant equity ownership, and later with socially responsible Investors Circle, LeDoux became focused on early stage investing and initiatives that support the change she hopes to see in the world.

She has held board positions in a variety of areas of passion including children’s healthcare through Menlo Park-based PANDAS Network; education via NYC-based The Speyer Legacy School and edutainment with Boston-based, technology company Playrific. Most recently, LeDoux is focused on legacy and storytelling through the Seattle-based venture StoryQ and the non-profit Prodigy Camp to help scale its mission because like her, everyone’s got a story to tell.

LeDoux received an MA in both Journalism and Fine Art Photography from New York University and went on to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Gifted Education from Rutgers University to better support her own advanced learner who just headed off to college in the Pacific Northwest. When not traveling, LeDoux resides in New York City and spends every chance she can either in Austin, Texas, or on a bicycle heading downhill.

Linda Mack

With more than 25 years of experience spanning family office/wealth management, human resources, and financial services, Linda has built a reputation as a thought leader in the industry. She frequently speaks at global family office conferences and is a recognized authority in her field.

Linda serves on the Board of Directors of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute (UHNWI) and is an FFI Fellow, holding the Advanced Certificate in Family Wealth Advising (ACFWA) from the Family Firm Institute. She is actively involved in organizations such as the Economic Club of Chicago, the Institute for Private Investors (IPI), Campden Wealth, and the Family Firm Institute (FFI). Linda also contributes her time to civic and non-profit organizations, including The Women’s Board of Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center and Northwestern University Women’s Board.

Before founding Mack International, Linda was a Partner in the Global Financial Services Practice of TMP Worldwide, where she led executive search assignments across various wealth and investment management functions. Earlier in her career, she held executive and management positions at Harris Bank/Bank of Montreal and The Northern Trust Bank.

Linda earned her M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She also studied at Franklin University Switzerland during her undergraduate education.

Kristen Oliveri

Founder and CEO of Wealth Reimagined and Senior Family Office Advisor and Co-Chair of the SFO Executive Advisory Board for The UHNW Institute

For nearly two decades, Kristen Oliveri has been at the intersection of content, community, and connection in the family wealth industry. She began her career as a beat reporter for Institutional Investor, honing her ability to distill financial narratives into compelling stories. From there, she expanded her expertise into event curation and investor relations for family offices, at companies including With Intelligence, Markets Group, and Crain.

Today, Kristen serves as Senior Family Office Advisor and Co-Chair of the SFO Executive Advisory Board for The UHNW Institute, where she helps lead the SFO Circle—a private membership network for senior single-family office executives. In that role, she curates content, moderates thought-leadership programs, and fosters collaboration among the world’s most sophisticated wealth stewards.

Her career has taken her around the world, uncovering the luxurious side of wealth—from bespoke travel experiences to fine wine, wellness retreats, and culinary excellence.

Yet, beyond the opulence, what truly drives Kristen is the people. She has an innate ability to foster authentic, long-term relationships, seamlessly moving between curating exclusive gatherings, moderating thought-provoking discussions on topics like philanthropy, and connecting next generation family office leaders.

A reformed theater geek at heart, Kristen thrives in front of an audience, lending her voice to podcasts, panels and personal brand storytelling. Helping industry leaders craft their narratives isn’t just her profession—it’s her passion.

A native New Yorker, Kristen now calls the North Fork of Long Island home, where she shares her love of Italian culture, wine collecting, and home-cooked meals with family and friends. When she’s not traveling, you’ll find her on the dance floor, practicing ballroom or dreaming up her next adventure.

Jennifer Quent

Jennifer Quent is a Director in the Family Office and Lifestyle Services group at Kaufman Rossin, bringing over 20 years of experience working with private clients and specializing in family office services.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin, Jennifer served as a Director at a national accounting and advisory firm, focusing on family office and private client wealth services. In this role, she acted as the primary liaison with client advisors across various disciplines, including tax, real estate, legal, insurance, art, trust and estate planning, and investments. She also previously served as Chief of Staff for a New York investment services group, where she oversaw operations for a 20-person team in a start-up environment. Her responsibilities spanned internal investor relations, human resources, recruitment, IT, procurement, and legal functions.
In her current role, Jennifer manages the personal financial matters and lifestyle services of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNW) within a multi-family office setting, delivering exceptional attention and personalized service to families and private foundations. Additionally, Jennifer danced with the world-renowned ballet company, American Ballet Theatre, and toured throughout the world, prior to her business career.
Jennifer is active in the community as a member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council and The Wealth Collaborative. She serves on the board of the Dance Theater of Florida and is a committee member for Children of Fallen Patriots, as well as aZul Fashion, Art, and Design, Inc. She holds a Women in Transition Certificate from the Financial Transitionist Institute and a Diploma in Project Management from NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS).

Dotti Reeder

Dotti is Northern Trust’s Market President of Dallas-Fort Worth, overseeing the Saint Ann Court, Park Cities and Fort Worth offices. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, renowned expertise and an innovative goals-driven wealth management approach for high-net-worth individuals and families.

EXPERIENCE

Dotti joins Northern Trust from Tolleson Wealth Management where she served as Managing Director and led the strategy for advising multi-generational families on all aspects of wealth management. Prior to that, Dotti was a Managing Director at JP Morgan for 12 years. Dotti’s career serving private clients spans more than three decades, including active roles in areas such as securities trading, investment management, trust administration, financial planning and estate planning.

Dotti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

Vanessa Reniers

Vanessa Reniers is the leader of a Single-Family Office reporting into the G1 Patriarch. This Family Office serves an International, 3 generation family. Under her charter and scope, Vanessa overseas risk assessment/mitigation for all assets, insurance, legacy, estate and succession planning, financial education programing for the G3’s, the family-owned executive protection (security) company, family events and manages the global art collection, properties and information systems. She recently built a custom App exclusively for the Family to use that is a hybrid of Instagram, SharePoint, What’s App, and Slack with two Factor Authentication.

Prior to being hired to start this SFO, Vanessa was at Microsoft for eleven years, with her last role as Chief of Staff for the Corporate VP of Cloud and Enterprise. She holds a Management degree from Purdue and the Family Office Governance Certification from Northwestern Kellogg and serves on the Advisory Boards for The Ultra High Net Worth Institute, iPaladin and the Harvard Business Review, in addition to being a member of IPI/Campden Wealth.

Michelle Ritter

Michelle Ritter is a Banker in the Palm Beach office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. In 2024, she relocated to Palm Beach to focus on the growing financial sponsor community in South Florida. As part of the Palm Beach team, Michelle works with sophisticated clients, including private equity principals and investment professionals, helping them grow their wealth and leave a legacy.

She is intent on simplifying their financial lives through strategic integration across the balance sheet. Michelle coordinates the firm’s specialists to present recommendations for alternative investments, banking, credit, estate planning and more. She curates a “repertoire of access,” including roundtable discussions and other networking events to connect like-minded individuals with similar financial scenarios.

Throughout her career, Michelle has focused on the objectives of ultra-high-net-worth clients—senior executives, family offices, foundations, private equity and hedge fund firms, and multinational organizations. She is particularly skilled in the strategic aspects of relationship management, adapting her communication and work style to each individual, and engaging with them on personal goals. Regarded as a great listener, Michelle can synthesize complex situations into a coherent picture, making her a sought-after resource for second opinions. Before joining J.P. Morgan, she spent eight years at Citi Private Bank.

Michelle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza School of Business, where she received an M.S. in Business. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a B.A. in Spanish.

Originally from Connecticut, she now lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband and two boys. During moments of free time, she enjoys cooking, fitness classes and Formula 1.

Cheryl Rose

Cheryl Rose is driven by a deep commitment to helping families and communities thrive — a purpose that has long been her greatest motivator. With over three decades of wealth management experience, Cheryl guides families to navigate investment strategy, legacy planning, and the complexities of multi-generational wealth in her role with Constellation Wealth Advisors. She has held senior leadership roles in investment and wealth management at Fifth Third and PNC banks. She holds a B.A. in Investment Management from Capital University, along with CFA, CFP®, and 21/64 Certified Advisor credentials. Cheryl is deeply engaged in the Cincinnati community through nonprofit and civic leadership, including board service with the Cincinnati Art Museum, Cincinnati Preschool Promise, Groundwork Ohio, and the Government Affairs Executive Committee of the Cincinnati Regional Chamber.

Jill Shipley

Jill has dedicated over 20 years to helping families, family offices, foundations and family enterprises navigate the unique opportunities and challenges that arise with significant financial wealth. Her experience includes past roles at Cresset Capital and the Institute for Family Culture at Abbot Downing.

She is also an educator, having developed curricula on philanthropy, family governance and other personal financial topics and taught courses at Stetson University’s School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Executive Education Wealth Management Program.

Kristin Twiford

Kristin Twiford is an award-winning content producer and brand leader with a background in daily news, education, and technology. As VP of Brand & Strategic Partnerships at Nines, she works with family offices and private service professionals to advance a more modern, strategic approach to managing properties, assets, and every aspect of life at home.
Kristin builds partnerships across the family office ecosystem, collaborating with wealth management firms, insurance companies, trusted advisors, and other family office service providers to build awareness around the complexities that come with wealth — and to deliver more holistic support for clients.  She also leads the development of industry-defining resources, including the Easemakers Podcast and Nines Modern Household Management Workshops, helping bring greater structure, visibility, and professionalism to the world of private service.

Jaleigh White

Jaleigh White, CPA, CPWA® Managing Director, Director of Family Wealth

Since coming to Baird (through the 2019 acquisition of Hilliard Lyons) Jaleigh has been the architect to build Baird Family Wealth, the firm’s family office platform. She previously built family office platforms at Hilliard Lyons and Fifth Third Bank while also leading the financial planning and strategic planning for private client services. Jaleigh began her career as a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen and went on to lead the tax department for Kemper CPA Group. Jaleigh has been involved in leadership on a national level for the AICPA for decades as well as many local healthcare, arts and leadership organizations in the communities that she has lived in. She is also very active in the International Women’s Forum. Jaleigh and her husband, Mike, now reside in Sarasota, Fl where their journey started 40+ years ago with their marriage on a boat in the gulf and where they are now visited frequently by their children and their families.
