Natasha Pearl, CEO and Founder of Aston • Pearl, has more than 22 years of unique global experience with single family offices, family enterprise, and private clients.

In 2003 she founded Aston • Pearl. Her firm has provided confidential and objective consulting services to more than 95 private clients, privately held businesses, and single family offices since inception.

Aston • Pearl has a proprietary approach and significant intellectual capital in the area of Wealth Preservation Infrastructure®.

Prior to founding Aston • Pearl, she served as a Senior Vice President and Worldwide Director at Sotheby’s, and advised top-tier global financial institutions as a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).

She has served on the Dean’s Board of Advisors of Harvard Business School, and from 2015-19 as Chair of the Dean’s Leadership Council at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She was a trustee of Marymount Manhattan College and of the Diller-Quaile School of Music.

She received her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Harvard University.
