Tim Schultz

Tim Schultz, CEO of Family Enterprise USA and FEUSA Action, combines deep family business expertise with hands-on federal advocacy experience to champion the interests of family enterprises in Washington, D.C., and across the country. Over his decades working with family enterprises, Tim has served in leadership roles spanning operations, governance, strategy, and federal advocacy, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing business-owning families.

Prior to joining Family Enterprise USA, he served as Director of the Center for Family Business at California State University, Fullerton, and as a Principal with LeadershipOne, advising family enterprises on strategy, leadership development, and governance. He also spent many years with Lundberg Family Farms, serving in senior executive and board leadership roles within the third-generation family business.
