- Pat Armstrong has transitioned from faculty member on the Governance and Decision-making domain to the Domain Chair of the Family Dynamics Domain.
- James C. Bly, Jr. and Michael Kothakota, Ph.D., CFP® join as Faculty Members in the Financial and Investment Management Domain.

Pat Armstrong
Family Wealth Consultant & Family Leadership Coach
Pat Armstrong is a Family Wealth Consultant and Family Leadership Coach who advises families, family leaders and family offices on wealth communication, family dynamics, rising generation engagement and governance. She was a co-founder and senior director of the Institute for Family Culture at Abbot Downing and served as Head of Family Dynamics at Wells Fargo Family Wealth. Pat previously served as a faculty member in the UHNW Institute’s Governance and Decision-Making Domain.

James Bly
Managing Director
EY Family Enterprise Business Services
James C. Bly, Jr. is Managing Director and North American Practice Leader of EY’s Family Enterprise Business Services practice. With more than 40 years of experience advising business-owning families and single-family offices, his work has focused on business growth, generational transitions and shareholder liquidity planning. He is also Founder, Principal and Chairman Emeritus of FODIS, LP (Family Office Direct Investment Services).

Michael Kothakota
Founder, WolfBridge Wealth
Lecturer, Columbia University
Michael Kothakota, Ph.D., CFP® is the founder of WolfBridge Wealth and a lecturer in Columbia University’s Masters in Wealth Management program, where he teaches ethics and financial mathematics. A 20-year industry veteran, he works with HNW and UHNW families, consults with family offices and financial technology firms and conducts practical research in wealth management.
