We proudly announce that Scott E. Squillace, Esq., Founder and Principal of Squillace & Associates, P.C., has joined the UHNW Institute as a new faculty member within the FAR domain.
His career spans private practice at Skadden Arps, senior in-house counsel roles at Levi Strauss Europe and Grand Circle Travel, and a decade living and working abroad. A Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and author of Whether to Wed: A Legal and Tax Guide for Gay and Lesbian Couples, Scott is a recognized voice in LGBTQ+ estate planning and a distinguished addition to our Faculty.
With nearly 40 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, international clients and members of the LGBTQ+ community on business, tax and estate planning matters, Scott brings a rare combination of legal depth and global perspective to our Faculty.
