Joe Calabrese

Joe Calabrese is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Key Wealth. He is responsible for overseeing the development, integrated delivery, and strategic development of a full range of financial planning, investment, fiduciary and banking capabilities for Key’s clients.

Joe has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Key in 2016 and lends his knowledge and expertise to the affluent individuals, families, business owners, and institutions.

Before joining Key, Joe held a wide range of executive roles including President and CEO of Geller Family Office Services, a New York based RIA and multi-family office; and President of Harris myCFO, which focused on serving clients with a net worth in excess of $100 million.

Joe graduated from McGill University with a joint honors degree in Economics and Finance and holds a Chartered Account designation. Joe actively serves on the advisory board of The UHNW Institute and the Gaples Institute for Integrative Cardiology. He is a past President of the Goodman Theatre Board of Trustees in Chicago, and also served as Chairman of the board of overseers for Lewis College of Human Sciences of the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Joe has three children and resides in Florida with his wife.

Kevin Casey

Kevin Casey serves as the Managing Director of Corporate Development & Strategy where he is responsible for supporting Pathstone’s continued growth through the execution of firm-level strategic initiatives.

Prior to Pathstone, Kevin worked as a member of Focus Financial Partners’ M&A & Relationship management team where his responsibilities spanned business development, deal execution and strategic advisement of a number of Focus’ member firms both domestically and internationally.

He began his career in strategy consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton. Kevin received his Master’s in Public Policy from The College of William & Mary and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lafayette College.

Amy Hart Clyne

Chief Knowledge & Learning Officer, Pitcairn

Amy Hart Clyne has always been at the vanguard of family engagement by building sustainable cultures of family learning within prosperous families. For more than three decades, she has been a tireless proponent and leader in guiding and advising wealthy families on effective ways to fulfill the promise and potential of their legacies. She is the co-author of the book Finding Her Voice & Creating a Legacy: Portraits of Pioneering Women Leading Wealthy Families. The book is an exploration that draws from intimate, in-depth conversations with over 40 women of wealth about how they came to wealth, their role in the family, and the obstacles they overcame.

Amy’s real superpower is relationship building. Her infectious energy and glass-half-full attitude helps people overcome obstacles that prevent them from linking up with one another. She thrives as a bridge builder between people and groups offering genuine encouragement and an optimistic outlook on life that can provide a sense of comfort and stability in the face of uncertainty. She is a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and sharing those lessons with others.

Amy is responsible for Pitcairn’s Family Engagement Services function, the area of the firm that supports the development of the family’s human, intellectual, social, and legacy capital. She leads the firm’s thought leadership and learning initiatives in order to provide unique resources, content, and educational tools to wealthy families transitioning leadership to subsequent generations. She has a unique passion for rising gen family members as well as women of wealth.

Before joining Pitcairn, Amy served as Executive Director and Chief Knowledge Officer at Family Office Exchange (FOX), where she led the organization’s knowledge, learning, and education strategies for over 400 families and 150 multi-disciplinary advisors. As an expert in private wealth management, Amy has spent her career translating the needs and desires of ultra-wealth families and their advisors into practical insights and solutions-based experiences that educate, excite, and engage.

Amy has an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and a BA in International Relations/Political Science from Colgate University. She has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation and holds an Advanced Family Business certification (ACFBA) from the Family Firm Institute where she is also an FFI Fellow. Amy is also the Co-Chair of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute (UHNWI) Advisory Board, a think (and do) tank of C-suite executives dedicated to bringing excellence to the world’s wealthiest families. She draws her inspiration and motivation from these families who have the enormous power to do good. Helping these families flourish is her north star.

 

Alexys Febonio

Alexys Febonio is a Wealth Planner and the Associate Director of The Ballentine Partners Center for Family Well-being.

n her role as the Associate Director of the Center for Family Well-being, Alexys supports the firm’s client advisors as they seek to enrich lives by prioritizing the human impact of wealth management, emphasizing that true wealth includes personal and family wellbeing. She also works alongside Coventry Edwards-Pitt, the Director of the Center for Family Well-being, to lead consulting engagements and immersive retreats related to their work.

Alexys is currently pursuing her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at the University of Pennsylvania. With her degree, she aspires to advance the mission of the Center for Family Well-being. Outside of her work at Ballentine, Alexys has shared her expertise on building inclusive environments and fostering deep connections at both local and national conferences. She is also a frequent speaker at her alma mater, the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where she addresses topics related to business and leadership.

Prior to joining Ballentine, Alexys was an Associate in the Deals practice at PwC, where she focused on valuation. She graduated magna cum laude from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting and minoring in Psychology.

Alexys currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board of the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) Board of Advisors and its Young Professional Board. MSPCC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the rights and well-being of children and families.

She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Alex, and their dog, Remy. In her free time, she enjoys training for marathons, reading, and traveling the world.

Jim Grubman

Dr. Jim Grubman is an internationally recognized consultant to families of wealth, family enterprises, and the wealth advisory industry. Dr. Grubman has been recognized with his collaborator Dr. Dennis Jaffe, with the Outstanding Contribution to Thought Leadership award by the Family Wealth Report. He is the author of the renowned book, Strangers in Paradise: How Families Adapt to Wealth Across Generations, and co-author of Wealth 3.0: The Future of Family Wealth Advising (with Dennis Jaffe and Kristin Keffeler) and Cross Cultures: How Global Families Navigate Change Across Generations (with Dennis Jaffe) along with multiple other articles, chapters, and white papers. Dr. Grubman is a leader in The UHNW Institute, an industry think tank, and holds Fellow status in the Family Firm Institute and the Purposeful Planning Institute as well as membership in STEP, an international trusts-and-estates organization. His practice, Family Wealth Consulting, is based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

William Hedden

William Hedden is a partner and Chief Operating Officer of Summit Rock Advisors. He oversees the firm’s non-investment operations including accounting, legal and compliance, reporting, technology, office management and human resources. Bill also oversees the operational risk management function. Bill previously held positions at Blackstone Alternative Asset Management involved in performing operational due diligence on hedge fund managers. He worked in New York and London and helped with manager negotiations, building out the infrastructures for seed investments and performing transactional due diligence for acquisitions. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.

Wallace (Wally) Head

Relying on his background as an attorney and a CPA, Wally has advised families regarding all aspects of their wealth for over 40 years.

He has worked closely with family members and family office executives to develop, communicate and implement strategies that effectively managed family wealth and transferred it to future generations.

Throughout his career, Wally has held leadership positions in national accounting and financial services firms and non-profit organizations. He also has authored many articles and been a frequent speaker, panelist or moderator on a full range of wealth management topics.

Most recently, Wally moderated panels and breakout sessions for The Ultra High Net Worth Institute on topics that included:

  • Delivering integrated wealth management services to UHNW families
  • Preparing UHNW families and their family office staffs for a comprehensive IRS audit

Wally grew up on a farm, which he and his brother still operate and is owned by fourth and fifth generation family members. He received a B.A. degree from Westminster College, where he subsequently served as chair of its Board of Trustees, and M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri.

Luke Jernagan

Luke Jernagan is dedicated to helping individuals and families live joyful, fulfilling, and meaningful lives. He pursued this life mission as an Episcopal priest for 15 years before transitioning to his current role as managing director of family learning at Matter Family Office.

Matter serves as a thought partner and strategic advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families, helping them make informed decisions, navigate wealth complexities, and build enduring legacies. Through an integrated and personalized wealth management approach that supports all generations, the firm empowers families for long-term success.

As the chair of Matter’s Culture & Learning Committee, Luke develops innovative practices that help families learn, grow, and align their financial wealth with their values. He regularly facilitates family meetings and works with Matter’s client teams to develop their communication and collaboration skills. Luke is certified in multigenerational advising, facilitation, and training through 21/64; has a certificate in financial psychology and behavioral finance from Creighton University; and a dual certificate in family business and family wealth advising from the Family Firm Institute. He is the board president of the Cricket Island Foundation, which supports youth-led social change across the US, and a board member of Social Venture Partners in St. Louis.

Richard Joyner

Richard has over three decades of experience delivering comprehensive advisory services across investment management, estate and income tax planning and trust administration to families and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining AlTi Tiedemann Global, Richard spent twenty years at Tolleson Wealth Management, where he led the strategy of the firm’s Private Wealth Management Group in his role as President. He also spent part of his career in public accounting, most recently as a partner at Ernst & Young. He is an alumnus of Wake Forest University where he studied accounting.

Richard has received numerous professional awards during his career including multiple recognitions by Barron’s Magazine. He is an Advisory Board Member of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute, a non-profit educating advisors and families.

Kim Kamin

Kim Kamin is a partner and the Chief Wealth Strategist at Gresham Partners LLC, an independent multi-family office managing over $10 billion for about 125 ultra-high net worth families nationally. Kim leads Gresham’s development and implementation of estate, wealth transfer, philanthropic, educational and fiduciary planning activities. Previously she was a partner in the Private Clients group at a large national law firm known for the quality of its Trusts & Estates practice.

Kim is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Law School and on faculty for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education. She is a Regent for the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel (ACTEC), Past President of the Chicago Estate Planning Council (CEPC) and the Estate Planning and Legal Services Domain Chair for the UHNW Institute.

Kim is on the UHNW Families & Family Offices Committee of the Trusts & Estates Magazine Editorial Advisory Board and is on the Investments & Wealth Review Editorial Advisory Board. She has published on a wide variety of topics and is also a frequent lecturer in a variety of venues across the country. She is co-executive editor and co-author for the Leimberg Library Tools & Techniques book, Estate Planning for Modern Families (4th Ed. 2024), and she has been a contributing author for chapters in books, including the Wealth of Wisdom: Top Practices for Wealthy Families and Their Advisors (2022).

Additionally, Kim serves on advisory boards for multiple local charities. Kim received her B.A., with distinction and departmental honors in Psychology, from Stanford University and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. She is an AEP® (Distinguished) meaning she has been inducted into the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame and a 21/64 Certified Advisor.

Kristin Keffeler

Kristin Keffeler, MSM, MAPP is a thought leader and consultant at the forefront of a global shift in family wealth advising, known as Wealth 3.0. She works with affluent and enterprising families, rising gen, and the professionals who support them. As the Chief Learning Officer for the Johnson Financial Group, she specializes in human motivation and behavioral change, family dynamics, family governance, rising gen education and development, and intergenerational collaboration. In November 2022 she published her first book, The Myth of the Silver Spoon: Navigating Family Wealth & Creating an Impactful Life. In July 2023, she published the co-authored book Wealth 3.0: The Future of Family Wealth Advising with Drs. Jim Grubman and Dennis Jaffe.

Keffeler brings a multi-dimensional approach to her work. She earned an undergraduate degree human biology and chemistry, with an emphasis on human peak performance. She also holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Public Health from the University of Denver, and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Angelique LeDoux

Angelique LeDoux, managing editor of content at The UHNW Institute, offers the voice and perspective of a second generation family member, sharing lessons learned from her journey that reflects the complexities of an evolving multigenerational family.

Prior to her work with the Institute, LeDoux was the founding partner and executive director of Parents of Accelerated Learners, NYC (PALNYC), a non-profit that supports talent development of NYC youth. In addition to her non-profit work, LeDoux was the founder of Jade’s ToyBox, an educational and eco-friendly children’s toy company, after a decade as a writer, editor and photographer at TIME Magazine and the Associated Press.

Previously a Managing Director with Golden Seeds, a nationwide angel investor network that invests in women-led companies, and later with socially responsible Investors Circle, LeDoux became focused on early stage investing. She has held board positions in various areas of passion, including children’s healthcare through Menlo Park-based PANDAS Network; education via NYC-based The Speyer Legacy School and edutainment with Boston-based, technology company Playrific. Most recently, she is focused on legacy and storytelling through the Seattle-based venture StoryQ and the non-profit Prodigy Camp to help scale its mission because like her, everyone’s got a story to tell.

LeDoux holds dual masters in Journalism and Fine Art, Photography from New York University and a Graduate Certificate in Gifted Education from Rutgers University. When not traversing the US to see her kiddo in the Pacific Northwest, LeDoux resides in New York City and spends every chance she can either in Austin, Texas, sailing on the ocean or on a bicycle heading downhill.

Kathy Lintz

Kathy began her career in financial services at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. There, she had the opportunity to help develop and deliver one of the first financial education and planning programs in the country at The Chase Exchange. This experience led her to become an early CFP® certificant, and to begin building a fee-only, comprehensive, financial planning practice in St. Louis.

In 1990, with just two employees, Kathy founded the firm that would become Matter Family Office. Her steadfast vision and commitment to the integration of independent investments, deep planning and coordination, family wellbeing, governance, and philanthropy has evolved Matter into a thought-leading multifamily office. Kathy is tremendously grateful to all the talented, dedicated associates at Matter who have shared this vision and helped her realize it over the past three decades.

Kathy works with Matter’s client teams daily and loves building lasting relationships with the complex, multigenerational families we serve. She is also one of four managing members who lead the firm and is responsible for the Matter investment committee and active in evolving our industry-leading family culture and legacy services. As founder, Kathy takes a leadership role in aligning Matter’s values, capabilities, and future efforts with the firm’s core purpose of helping families realize their most important goals in an intentional, integrated, and authentic way.

Kathy spent her formative school years in Westport, Connecticut. She earned a BA in history at Duke University then settled in the New York area to start her financial career. She is a lifelong learner and enjoys building and sharing knowledge across a variety of topics, ranging from finance and investing trends to family psychology and communication.

A contributor to many articles, blogs and industry groups, Kathy is frequently asked to participate as a panelist at industry conferences. She has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Bloomberg, Financial Advisor Magazine, Financial Planning Magazine, and other financial publications.

Kathy and her husband moved to St. Louis in 1982, and she is an active member of the community. She is honored to serve as chair of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation finance committee and dedicated to helping children gain access to lifesaving care regardless of their financial circumstances. She has also been a board member of the St. Louis Boys and Girls Club and the St. Louis Zoo and brings her positive outlook, collaborative nature, and love of helping people to all the causes she supports.

While enjoying rich relationships with Matter families is a huge highlight for Kathy, her first love and priority is her own family—her husband, children, and grandchildren. She is energized by being outdoors and particularly enjoys hiking, tennis, and golf. And, at the end of a long week, Kathy most looks forward to her Saturday morning run with friends.

Eugene Lipitz

Gene is President and Wealth Strategist of Commodore Management LLC, a private family wealth manager. Prior to this, he was a strategic consultant with Price Waterhouse and founded Document Concepts, a strategic business-process consultancy. He serves on the advisory committees of Darwin Ventures and Diamondstream Partners, both venture funds.

Gene's expertise in operational risk management gained attention with his co-authored article "A Legal Bubble: Invisible Liquidity Risks in Hedge Funds" in the Fall 2005 Journal of Wealth Management (http://www.iijournals.com/doi/abs/10.3905/jwm.2005.571010), which presciently warned about industry vulnerabilities that materialized during the 2008 financial crisis and beyond. His article "Blissfully Unaware: Family Offices Living in Operational La-La Land" in The International Family Offices Journal led to a chapter in Wealth of Wisdom addressing operational management failures in family offices. He has also authored "Daddy, Are We Rich?" which critically examines advice given to wealthy parents over the past two decades.

Gene has been a guest lecturer at the Berkeley-Haas School of Business and the Boston University School of Law on entrepreneurship within families. He is a member of the Center for Families Flourishing, an international group of 100 professionals within the wealth management community dedicated to serving families. He also serves on the advisory board of the Single Family Office Circle of the Ultra-High Net Worth Institute.

Gene holds the CPWA® designation, administered in cooperation with The University of Chicago and the Investment Management Consultant Association®, and is a Global Fiduciary Strategist®.

Gene lives on Vashon Island, Washington State, with his wife Sari and two daughters, all of whom have been his partners in Rotarian projects supporting health-oriented initiatives in Nepal, Ethiopia, and Myanmar.

Tom McCullough

Tom McCullough is Founder and Chairman of Northwood Family Office. Northwood looks after the integrated wealth needs of ultra-high net worth families - including planning, investments, wealth administration, and family dynamics and governance.

He is a frequent speaker on issues relevant to families of wealth and is the co-author of three books — Wealth of Wisdom: The Top 50 Questions Wealthy Families Ask, Wealth of Wisdom: Top Practices for Wealthy Families and Their Advisors, and Family Wealth Management: 7 Imperatives for Successful Investing.

He is an adjunct professor and executive-in-residence at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Wealth Management, and a member of the board and faculty of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute. He was awarded ‘Best Individual Contribution to Thought Leadership in the Wealth Management Industry (North America)’ at the 2020 Family Wealth Report Awards.

Thom Melcher

Thom Melcher is a Managing Director and Glenmede’s Director of Private Wealth. He leads the Company’s planning, advisory and investment professionals who are responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management to individuals and families across the country. In addition, he oversees the Sales and Marketing teams as well as The Center for Family Philanthropy and Wealth Education.

As a member of Glenmede’s Executive Committee, Mr. Melcher is one of 10 leaders responsible for the development and execution of corporate strategy.  He also serves as Chair of the Private Wealth Operating Committee and is a voting member of the Investment Policy Committee.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Melcher devoted over two and a half decades to PNC, where he most recently served as EVP and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for the PNC Asset Management Group. Prior to that, he was the Managing Executive of Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth, where he built the practice into one of the nation’s foremost providers serving ultra-high net worth clients. Previously, Mr. Melcher held the CIO role for PNC Wealth Management in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

  

Mr. Melcher has a Bachelor of Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and pursued graduate work at Drexel University in investment management. 

Mr. Melcher’s media presence includes appearances on CNBC, citations in the Financial Press and extensive quotations in “The Family Office Book,” written by Richard Wilson. Mr. Melcher is Chair of the UHNW Institute Advisory Board, member of the Board of Councilors for the USC Shoah Foundation, Advisory Board member of the International Spy Museum in Washington D.C., and Investment Committee member of the Annenberg Foundation at Sunnylands. Prior community work includes serving as a Corporate Council member of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

  

Tania Neild

Dr. Tania Neild is the founder of InfoGrate, Inc., a boutique consulting firm that provides retained CTO services for ultra-high-net-worth wealth managers, aiding clients with scope, plan, and managing technology stacks. InfoGrate monitors over 400 vendors, assessing capabilities and security, to allow for a quick evaluation of a client’s tech landscape and identifying upgrade opportunities.

With 20 plus years of experience in machine learning, Tania actively researches third-party AI tools and has added over 100 of these tools to InfoGrate’s repertoire. InfoGrate has worked with numerous clients to develop AI agents and continues to explore practical applications of AI for family offices. Other projects include foundational systems such as accounting conversions, performance reporting, CRM, and workflow tools—where the InfoGrate team leads redesigns and remains hands-on with data, training, and team dynamics.

Previously, Tania was CTO/COO of PCR and CTO and Co-Founder of EnvestNet. She began her career as an applied scientist at the NSA, which awarded her the NPSC Award for her research in database integration. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University, a Master’s in Software Design from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science from Emory University. Dr. Neild remains committed to education through board service at her alma maters and contributes actively as a monthly presenter to various organizations, sharing her experience and research.

  

Kristen Oliveri

For nearly two decades, Kristen Oliveri has been at the intersection of content, community, and connection in the family wealth industry. She began her career as a beat reporter for Institutional Investor, honing her ability to distill financial narratives into compelling stories. From there, she expanded her expertise into event curation and investor relations for family offices, at companies including With Intelligence, Markets Group, and Crain.

Her career has taken her around the world, uncovering the luxurious side of wealth. But what truly drives Kristen is the people. She has an innate ability to foster authentic, long-term relationships, seamlessly moving between curating exclusive gatherings, moderating thought-provoking discussions on topics like philanthropy, and connecting next generation family office leaders.

A native New Yorker, Kristen now calls the North Fork of Long Island home, where she shares her love of Italian culture, wine collecting, and home-cooked meals with family and friends.

Lauren Phillips

Lauren Phillips is a Director in PwC’s Family Enterprise Advisory Services practice, bringing over 13 years of experience serving family offices and asset managers. She began her PwC career in the Asset & Wealth Management Advisory practice, where she advised clients on operating model design, large scale technology transformations, and strategic initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and growth.

Building on that foundation, Lauren now focuses on delivering consulting services tailored to the unique needs of family offices, aligning each family’s vision, mission, and legacy. She advises on technology strategy, including vendor selections and system implementations, to enable scalability and long-term sustainability. Lauren also partners with families in establishing new family offices, guiding design across people, process, technology, and data, and supporting them through successful implementation.

In addition to her consulting work, Lauren serves as a client relationship manager for PwC’s managed service offering, Wealth Compass, where she supports large, global, multigenerational families with data aggregation and performance reporting across complex investment portfolios. In this role, she oversees fund processing and reporting to help clients make informed, data driven decisions.

As the AI Champion for her practice, Lauren helps both family office clients and PwC teams identify practical applications of artificial intelligence to drive efficiency, insight, and long-term value creation. She leads strategic discussions, evaluates emerging technologies, and supports innovation initiatives within the firm and among her clients.

Stephen Prostano

In a career spanning over three decades, Steve Prostano has distinguished himself as an innovator and thought leader in the wealth management, multi-family office and global financial services industries. He has designed and built leading global and national multi-family offices, asset management firms and has advised industry leaders and ultra-high-net-worth families and family offices throughout his career.

Prior to joining the Firm, Steve was the Head of Family Wealth Advisors, a division of Bank of the West Wealth Management, an affiliate of BNP Paribas, where he built the first global, multi-family office in the U.S. Additionally, he served on the Bank of the West’s Senior Management Committee. Steve is also the founder of The UHNW Institute, a nonprofit, independent “Think Tank” and publisher of exceptional thought leadership content for UHNW families, family offices, their advisors and the financial services industry.

Steve previously served as CEO of Silver Bridge, President of Atlantic Trust and a Global Partner of Amvescap, President of Chase Global Asset Management and Executive Vice President of the Private Clients Group of FleetBoston Financial. He also held senior positions with Mellon Bank and KPMG, where he began his career.

Steve is the recipient of several distinguished industry awards, including Family Wealth Report’s Leading Individual in the MFO Industry and Private Asset Magazine’s Outstanding Contributor to the Wealth Management Industry.

Meredith Straight

Meredith is a junior member and consultant with Renkert Thomas Consulting. Renkert Thomas Consulting LLC works with family enterprise owners on issues related to strategy, ownership, and governance, with a particular focus on clarifying shared purpose to build engagement and alignment. In addition to work with clients, Meredith also supports RTC's undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs through the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and Engaged Ownership, a branch of RTC dedicated to educating family business owners and their advisors on the distinctive features of family business governance. She serves a faculty member of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute within the domains of Learning, Development and the Rising Generation and Leadership and Transition Planning.

Meredith brings a background in organizational development and complex systems to the Renkert Thomas Consulting team. Much of her work focuses on the involvement, engagement, and education of rising generation family members with their family's operating businesses and family offices.

Meredith lives with her husband, dog, and horse in Raleigh, North Carolina. She received a B.S. in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University in 2015.

Charlie Willhoit

Charlie founded IWP in 2005 to serve his own family, building on his professional philosophies as an advisor and his personal demands and experiences as a client. Before establishing IWP, Charlie spent several years as a principal and owner of a $500 million multi-family investment firm. Prior to entering the wealth management industry, Charlie spent 8 years at J.P. Morgan, where he was a key member of an influential and award winning institutional equity research team covering communications equipment and components companies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a BA in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Political Science. He holds a Series 65 License.

Michael Zeuner

Michael Zeuner has been serving wealthy families for more than two decades and currently serves as one of three managing partners at WE. Michael is a nationally recognized leader in the family office industry and has dedicated his professional career to empowering financially successful families to manage their wealth with confidence, competence and success.

Michael is a co-founder and a board member of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute; a non- profit think tank and learning exchange. In addition, Michael is a co-founder and a board member of the Institute for the Fiduciary Standard and served on board and as an independent director at Wren Investment Office, a UK-based multi-family office from its founding until September of 2024 and a member firm of the global alliance formed by WE, Wren and MdF. Michael was honored to receive the 2025 Outstanding Individual (MFO) award from the Family Wealth Report awards, a testament to his role not only at WE, but also in the ultra-high net worth industry.

Since 2024, Michael has been hosting the Wealth Enterprise Briefing a regular podcast on topics of interest to investors and wealthy families.

Prior to his role at WE Family Offices he served as senior executive partner of GenSpring Family Offices. In this capacity, he had responsibility for the leadership and management of GenSpring’s network of 10 family offices in the United States, that firm’s key advisory practices, and its delivery of a high-quality client experience. In addition, he was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Before joining GenSpring, Michael was managing director and global head of Wealth Solutions at JP Morgan Private Bank. As a member of the executive team, he had responsibility for strategic planning, branding, marketing, and specialized advisory services (family governance, philanthropy, and fine art wealth management) for the worldwide private bank.

A management consultant by training, Michael led projects in the financial services area for both Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He joined Chase Manhattan in 1995 as vice president at the investment bank and moved to the private bank in 1997 to head up strategy and marketing worldwide. JP Morgan and Chase merged in January 2002.

Michael graduated from Brandeis University, (B.A.) and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
