As the UHNW landscape continues to evolve, so too do the operational, strategic, and organizational demands placed on firms and family offices. Ongoing dialogue with members—through conversations, surveys, and program feedback—reinforces a continued desire for deeper, more practical engagement around practice management.
In response, The UHNW Institute is pleased to continue its Practice Management Clinics in 2026. This next series is designed to provide structured yet candid forums where senior leaders can examine specific dimensions of practice management, exchange perspectives with peers, and learn directly from experienced practitioners.
These clinics offer an opportunity to step back from day-to-day demands and focus on how firms are adapting, innovating, and strengthening their internal capabilities.
About the Clinics
Each clinic will center on one of the Building Blocks of Practice Management, combining expert-led insights with facilitated peer discussion. Sessions are intentionally interactive and discussion-driven, allowing participants to share experiences, compare approaches, and explore how others are addressing similar challenges.
Clinics are designed to leave attendees with:
- Practical frameworks and examples
- Exposure to diverse operating models
- Ideas and approaches that can be adapted within their own organizations
