New Featured Resource by UHNW Institute Leadership — Living Your Values

The UHNW Institute is pleased to highlight a new book co-authored by Institute Board of Directors member, Dennis Jaffe: Living Your Values: Connecting Personal, Family, and Organizational Values to Build Purpose and Clarity.

Living Your Values offers a practical framework for identifying, clarifying, and activating values across personal, family, and organizational contexts. Part I focuses on defining personal values and using them to guide choices and behavior. Part II translates shared values into clear principles that support governance, culture, and decision-making in families, family businesses, and advisory teams.

Dennis is currently a Senior Research Fellow at BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors, serves on the UHNW Institute’s Board of Directors and is the Domain Chair of  the Governance and Decision-making domain. His long-standing work with enterprising families and advisors informs the book’s simple tools, exercises, and questions designed to turn values into everyday practice.
