We listened to your feedback and have recently updated the Member Directory to help you learn more about fellow members and share more about yourself.
You can now conduct targeted searches through the enhanced member directory. Search for an Institute member or a company and quickly contact them. Or search by expertise areas to find your next collaborator.
To get started, make sure your information is accurate: log in to your member portal, go to Member Dashboard, and select Member Directory Form. Complete the fields, then select Submit to save your information.
Then, search the Member Directory: log in to your member portal, go to Community Forum, and select Member Directory.
- To learn more about a specific member or organization, type a name or company into the search box. Results will display; just click on the name of the member you want to learn more about.
- To search by a specific expertise; use the Area of Expertise drop-down menu and select the description that matches your needs. Results will display; just click on the name of the member you want to learn more about.
- To contact another member of the Institute, click the “private message” button under their name and company to send a direct message. The message will forward to the member’s email address and pop up on their portal page.

FAQs and Troubleshooting:
- Log in to your Member Portal.
- Go to uhnwinstitute.org
- Click Log In on the upper right
- Enter your username or email and password
- If you need your username or password reset, email admin@uhnwinstitute.org
- Menu options missing on your portal
- If you do not see options in your menu for Member Dashboard or Community Forum, email admin@uhnwinstitute.org so we can correct your account settings
- An Institute member or company name does not show up in the search
- Double-check the spelling
- Email admin@uhnwinstitute.org with the missing information
- Your information doesn’t show up in the search
- Check that you completed your Member profile form
- Go to Member Dashboard, and select Member Directory Form and view your profile. Make any additions or changes and select submit to save.
- Navigate back to the Member Directory and try your search again.
- If your information is still missing, email admin@uhnwinstitute.org so we can correct your account settings
- How can I correct my Company’s name, my name, or change my email address?
- Email admin@uhnwinstitute.org with those updates and Institute staff will make those corrections.
- Why is a member’s information empty?
- They did not fill out their member directory form (yet)
- Why are there only a few experts in the field I was looking for?
- The more members who complete their member directory forms, the more results will populate.
- Check that you completed your Member profile form
