Wealthesaurus™ Highlighted in CNBC’s Inside Wealth

The Wealthesaurus™ was recently featured by Robert Frank, CNBC Wealth Editor, in his Inside Wealth newsletter.

The article examines the growing use of unclear or inflated language in wealth management and highlights how the Wealthesaurus™ offers a credible, citation-based alternative. With more than 80 entries and counting, the Wealthesaurus™ defines common and often-misused terms such as “multifamily office” and “holistic wealth management,” giving both clients and advisors a more consistent frame of reference.

Frank speaks with UHNW Institute Content and Curriculum Chair Jim Grubman about the origins of the project, its role in promoting clarity across the field, and why a crowd-sourced, non-commercial glossary has become an essential tool for family wealth advising.
