The UHNW Institute’s next webinar, The Corporate Transparency Act: Managing Significant Challenges Faced by Families, Family Offices and Advisors will be on Thursday, April 4th at 4 p.m. ET.

The Corporate Transparency Act has imposed new reporting requirements for most small, privately held business entities. The Act requires these entities to provide the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) personal identifying information for their “beneficial owners”, which can include a trustee, beneficiary or grantor of a trust that owns or exercises substantial control over such an entity.

This webinar will describe how the Act’s complex reporting requirements are being handled by families, family offices and their advisors, as well as legal developments regarding the Act. Members are invited to bring their questions and share experiences during the concluding Q&A portion.
