The UHNW Institute is pleased to welcome Jane Flanagan, Independent Advisor, Executive Coach, and Founder of Essential Connections Network LLC, as a new Faculty Member in our Governance and Decision-Making Domain.
In her current role, Jane supports the personal and professional development of family office leaders. Previously, she served as Director of Family Office Advisory in Northern Trust’s Global Family Office group, providing guidance to more than 550 family offices worldwide. Additionally, she spent over two decades at Family Office Exchange conducting research, consulting, and creating meaningful learning experiences for family offices and their advisors.
