We proudly announce two additions to the UHNW Institute’s Leadership: Stephanie J. Gromek, Chair of the UHNWI Practice Management Clinic Committee, has joined our Advisory Board, and Nick Di Loreto has joined our Faculty within the Governance and Decision-Making domain.
Stephanie is Co-Managing Partner and Director of Portfolio & Wealth Advisory at BBR Partners, where she has spent more than two decades working with families to translate personal and family goals into comprehensive financial strategy. Prior to BBR, she was an Investment Analyst at Perry Capital, evaluating investments for a $2.5 billion hedge fund portfolio focused on event-driven investing. Stephanie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Sociology from Wellesley College, and serves on the Board of the Sadie Nash Leadership Project.
Nick is a Partner and member of the founding team at BanyanGlobal, where he has worked with more than 30 families across the globe on complex owner transitions, governance and entrepreneurship. A frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, Family Business magazine, FFI Practitioner and Trust & Estates magazine, Nick brings firsthand experience in family enterprises and deep experience in running processes that help families find common ground. Before BanyanGlobal, he was a consultant at Accenture and an energy sector credit analyst at Standard & Poor’s.
Their combined experience across family wealth advisory, governance and ownership transitions, along with their ongoing contributions to the UHNWI community makes them outstanding additions to the Institute’s leadership.
