PROVIDING SERVICE – PRACTICE MANAGEMENT CLINIC

The Institute invites operating executives and practice leaders to attend our March Practice Management Clinic – Defining and Measuring Service. Taking place on March 12, at 4:00 pm ET, this session will focus on the Service pillar of the Building Blocks of Practice Management and discuss providing and measuring service.

The session will begin with subject matter experts (listed below) discussing:

  • How service can be defined
  • How service quality can be measured
  • The challenges of providing services within different business models

Attendees can then share their experiences, pain-points and ask questions, creating a peer-to-peer discussion around best practices and different actionable solutions/takeaways.

The Practice Management Clinics provide opportunities to share openly and learn from other organizations and professionals about the key topics and issues facing firms today.
